Conference Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require participants to withdraw their papers or cancel their registration. The following refund policy will apply:

  • Withdrawal on or before 31st October 2025 : 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Withdrawal between 1st November and 20th November 2025 : 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Withdrawal after 20th November 2025 : No refund will be processed.

Note :

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to the Conference Chair.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference concludes.
  • Bank or transaction charges, if any, will be borne by the participant.
